How Our Premium Attar Is Produced.
Our premium attar is produced in the GMP-certified manufacturing unit that has traditionally extracted various kinds of attars since 1950. Through a “Deg-Bhapka” setup, the material is cooked with heat – “bhatti” – and collected in smaller pots – “bhapka” – using a duct system. The “deg” (pot) and “bhapka” (receiver) themselves are made of pure copper, while the connecting tubes are made of bamboo, in this system uses refined clay as sealant. After this, the collected liquid is condensed in a condenser – known as a “gacchi.” Depending on the type of attar, floral water, or essential oil, they undergo this process for differing periods. The beauty of this traditional method of extraction is in its lack of air leaks, ensuring the high quality of these products.
Containing no preservatives, chemicals, or alcohol, our traditionally extracted attars are FDA-approved, Halal-certified, and Kosher-certified, as well as in compliance with the following standards:
ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)
ISO 14001:2015 (Environment Management System)
ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System)
ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System)
How to store Attar for longevity
Proper storage of attar is essential to maintain its quality and extend its shelf life. Attar is sensitive to light, heat and air, which can degrade its fragrance over time. Follow these storage tips to preserve its essence.
Keep Away from direct sunlight:
Store your attar in cool, dark place. Exposure to sunlight can cause the oil to break down and lose its potency.
Seal Tightly:
Always ensure that the bottle is tightly sealed after each use. This prevents air from entering bottle, which can oxidize the oil and alter its scent.
By following these storage practices, you can enjoy the rich aroma of your attar for years to come.
